The iPhone is by no means considered one of the cheapest phones you can buy, which makes £0.59/$0.99 apps fantastic and very often great value for money. There’s also an honourable mention for I am rich. The app was made available on the iTunes App store for $999.99 but, was quickly pulled and was off the store within 24 hours. The app provided no features and was merely a “glorified screensaver”. The app displayed a glowing red gem on the iPhone’s screen. Eight people purchased the expensive screensaver before it was removed though, 6 from the US, 1 from Germany and 1 from France.
Wow, they’re expensive. I was shocked when I moved to the Android market from the App Store (some apps/games are so much more) but, wow never saw anything this expensive on the X10. Thanks for the list
